Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies for end-to-end product development, ensuring quality, vendor selection, and timely delivery.
  • Support knits product development, costing, and price negotiations with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales.
  • Maximize customer interest while maintaining margin levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building constructive relationships with customers, suppliers, and channel partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years working experience in merchandising.
  • Solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Professional qualification in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
