Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management:
  • Create detailed project plans that outline goals, timelines, checkpoints, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and clients/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as liaison between project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Technical Oversight:
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure technical solutions align with project goals and requirements.
  • Understand technical aspects of the project, including software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure functionality and performance of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations impacting the FinTech sector.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Technical Project Coordinator in the FinTech industry or related field.
  • Strong technical background for understanding and hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
