Planlab Solutions is seeking a talented and driven Business Developer and Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore office. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and secure projects through Upwork and other platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for new business opportunities via Upwork and other channels.
  • Identify potential clients and projects matching our expertise.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and bids to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for winning projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar, preferably on-site.
  • Understanding of Upwork and its bidding process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
