Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Location: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road

Salary: 40-60k + Good Commissions

Timings: 9AM - 6PM (Monday to Friday)

We at 4Nodes Technologies are seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, writing persuasive proposals, and generating new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
  • Write customized, effective proposals tailored to each client's needs
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into successful projects
  • Collaborate with our project team to align with capabilities and delivery timelines
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high client retention rate

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bidder or business development executive on Upwork (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, design, mobile apps, or digital marketing (adjust based on your business)
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with tools like Click up, Discord, or CRM systems is a plus
