- Training Support. Assist in the development of training materials based on documented processes.
- Continuous Improvement. Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
- Qualification. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in process documentation and flowcharting.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Zapier Canvas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
