Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams, create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process manuals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Mapping: Utilize industry-leading tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Zapier Canvas to create comprehensive process flow diagrams that adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Documentation Development: Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process manuals that reflect the organization's policies and goals.
  • Database Management: Compile, update, and maintain various databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Standardization: Ensure all process documentation meets the highest standards of quality and adherence to company policies.
  • Training Support: Assist in the development of training materials based on documented processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proven experience in process documentation and flowcharting, proficiency in process mapping tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
