Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Documentalist to join our team. As a Process Documentalist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed process flow diagrams using various software tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Zapier Canvas. You will also create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process manuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed process flow diagrams using process mapping tools.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process manuals.
  • Compile, update, and maintain databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all process documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development of training materials based on documented processes.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
Requirements:Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in process documentation and flowcharting.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Zapier Canvas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
