About the Role

The Assistant Manager - Alumni Programs is a dynamic position that requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the design, management, and execution of various programs for alumni.

This role involves leading the conceptualization and design of innovative alumni programs aligned with organizational goals and alumni needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design: Develop comprehensive program strategies tailored to diverse learning needs and personal development.
  • Program Management: Oversee end-to-end management ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and successful outcomes.
  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging curricula leveraging expertise in education, teaching, and learning methodologies.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Plan, implement, and monitor programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of coordinators and associates, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, alumni, and partner organizations.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, using feedback and data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience and insights into education, teaching, and learning methodologies.
  • Expertise in program design, design thinking, and frameworks.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end program execution.
  • Exceptional curriculum development skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong team leadership and motivation abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Research-driven approach, utilizing data to inform improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years in roles related to program management, curriculum development, education, or alumni affairs.
