We're Hiring *Communications Trainer For ILA - ibex. Learning Academy

Are you passionate about helping people land their dream jobs? Do you have a flair for communication and grooming talent for success? We want you on our team

As a Communications Trainer, you will play a key role in grooming individuals for the professional world – helping them enhance their communication skills, build confidence, and develop a winning personality to crack job interviews.

Train and coach candidates on verbal communication and soft skills

Conduct one-on-one and group grooming sessions focused on personality development

Identify individual areas of improvement and create customized growth plans

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with hiring needs

Motivate and empower job seekers throughout their journey

-University graduate (Bachelor's degree is a must)

-Excellent command of spoken English

-Passionate about career coaching, personal development, and mentoring

-Prior experience in training is a plus but not mandatory.

Type: Full Time - Onsite

Timings: 12pm - 9pm (9h)
