Job Title: Business Development Executive – (Real Estate and hospitality industry)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our listing platform. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of designing and executing marketing strategies to boost property and vendor listings, increase brand visibility, and grow customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract real estate hotels, service apartments.
  • Make PR videos and promotions marketing to onboard B2B and B2C clients.
  • Drive brand awareness and build a strong presence for in the Blue Area, Islamabad market.
  • Create engaging marketing content (social media, listings, ads, brochures, etc.) to showcase properties and products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and onboard vendors with meetings and presentations.
  • Manage social media, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns for consistent growth.
  • Organize and represent at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
  • Stay updated on market trends in real estate and digital marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or real estate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Familiarity with Dubai and Islamabad real estate.
