We're now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our local presence and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.
  • Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with our creative and digital teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to find new opportunities.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in a marketing/advertising agency).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as in a team.
  • Someone who thrives in a culture where creativity, freedom, and collaboration are valued.
