Our client is looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies. This role requires a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can manage and interpret complex data sets while ensuring accuracy and clarity in reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, CRM management, and executive-level reporting, playing a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate sophisticated reports using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Build scalable dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data visualization for performance tracking and forecasting
• Manage, analyze, and optimize data within Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
• Leverage CRM data for trend analysis, reporting automation, and business process improvements
• Develop strategies to enhance data quality, ensuring effective use of CRM for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Aggregate and present data insights in a compelling, executive-friendly format using dashboards, PowerPoint, and written reports
• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions
• Develop customized reports to track KPIs and measure business performance
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align reporting with business objectives
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement based on data insights

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel (data analysis, reporting automation, and visualization)
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for data management and reporting
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools) to present insights in an executive-friendly format
• High attention to detail with a strong ability to ensure data integrity and KPI tracking accuracy
• Effective communication skills to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles

Nice to Have:

• Business acumen & process improvement experience to optimize reporting structures and workflows
• Experience with automation & data integration (Google Apps Script, workflow automation, Python, SQL)
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer success analytics to align reporting with revenue-driving initiatives
