Salary Range: 100k to 125k + Commission on Sales

Job Shift: Third Shift (Night)

We are currently seeking a talented Telesales Specialist with a deep understanding of sales and lead generation, having exceptional communication skills in English. This role is integral to our company's growth strategy, focusing on targeting new customers across the United States and providing them with tailored label printing solutions over the phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States to introduce our label printing services and generate sales & leads.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to identify and qualify leads within the target market.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our labels' printing capabilities, materials, and customization options to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable label printing solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, and diligently follow up with leads to progress them through the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process, aiming to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue objectives and growth trajectory.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, and lead generation, specifically within the labels printing industry will be preferred, with a successful track record of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Self-Motivation: A highly motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage sales activities and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, able to communicate with US customers.
