Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant Team Lead/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality performance, and provide leadership to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clients' day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to client concerns and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Handle patient-related concerns including scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Assist in patient billing processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and share updates with clients during meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through quality service.
  • Supervise and monitor the Virtual Assistant team's daily work.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Train and mentor team members for improved performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
