Position Overview

We are hiring young and energetic Business Development Executive who are passionate about sales and eager to grow in the automotive industry. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers
  • Present and promote Japanese used car inventory, highlighting features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English
