Product Management Leadership Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Customer Success to lead our product development efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop and implement strategic plans for product growth.
  • They will provide guidance and support to team members in Agile best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • The Senior Product Manager will identify and mitigate obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations, while acting as a liaison between the CPO and stakeholders.
  • The role involves tracking and communicating team progress, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • The successful candidate will advocate for process improvements to enhance team performance and product quality.
  • They will promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within and between teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in product management.
  • Advanced certifications such as CSP-SM, PSM II, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
  • The Senior Product Manager should possess a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills are essential.
  • The role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this position.
