Job Title: Senior Sales Expert - Direct Agency Client Acquisition

(High-Ticket IT Services)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Expert to lead our direct client acquisition efforts, focusing specifically on closing agency clients. This is a key role requiring a proven track record of successfully selling and closing high-ticket IT services, particularly website development and other IT solutions, directly to businesses via video calls. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned closer with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with agency stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Sales & Closing: Proactively engage and close direct agency clients on video calls for our high-ticket IT services (primarily website development and other relevant IT solutions).
  2. High-Ticket Sales Expertise: Leverage proven sales methodologies and a deep understanding of value-based selling to close deals with significant contract values.
  3. Video Sales Proficiency: Conduct compelling and effective sales presentations and closing conversations via video conferencing platforms.
  4. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales opportunities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  5. Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly understand client business objectives and translate them into compelling IT solutions and proposals.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Senior Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of senior-level sales experience within the IT industry, with a strong focus on selling high-ticket services (website development, custom software, etc.).
  2. Direct Agency Client Closing Expertise: Demonstrable and verifiable experience in directly closing deals with international clients.
  3. High-Ticket Sales Closing Track Record: A verifiable history of successfully closing high-value deals (typically $10,000+ per project).
  4. Video Sales Mastery: Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills specifically in a video call environment.
  5. Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and navigate complex deals to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  6. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.
  7. Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
