Job Description:
Q3Logics is an emerging technology startup based in Delaware, USA, that specializes in software and industrial electronic solutions. With a focus on e-commerce and industrial automation, we have successfully deployed solutions across various industries, including Pharma and Poultry. We are seeking a Part Time Accounting professional with 1 year of experience to join our team from anywhere in Pakistan for a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- The job is to manage accounting and HR work of multiple companies, as a backoffice accounting & HR officer.
- The workload doesn't require more than 8-12 hours per week - i.e. usually a Saturday/Sunday work. However, this may get slightly higher during VAT filing weeks / audit period.
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Record accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes.
- VAT filing at quarters for KSA VAT.
- Maintain HR records for employees and contracted staff, such as identity documents, leave records, increment records, etc.
- Prepare HR related letters and documents for official purposes
- Remote Administrative work
Job Specification:- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, Odoo, etc).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of VAT filings.
