Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and delivering training to call center teams, including the development of relevant training materials.

This role involves developing, implementing, and modifying training programs to ensure their effectiveness in equipping call center/customer service personnel with the necessary skills.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting on individual progress and identifying additional training needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, and modifies training programs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Reports individual progress and identifies additional training needs.
  • Assists in program development for new products and services.
  • Provides, monitors, evaluates, and records effective training activities.
  • Designs specific training programs to develop or improve job-related skills.
  • Assesses training needs, develops training methods, writes procedure manuals, and presents information using various techniques.
  • Effectively assists users with questions and problems associated with desktop systems.
