About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Presales & Enablement specialist to join our high-impact B2B team. This is a B2B role with focus on IoT & Enterprise Solutions. This role blends technical solutioning, sales support, and enablement responsibilities to help drive commercial success across our IoT and enterprise product portfolio. You will work closely with sales teams, product managers, and technical stakeholders to translate customer needs into tailored solutions, deliver customer demos, support UAT & onboarding, and build the internal capabilities needed to scale.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Presales Solutioning
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to understand needs and align with solution capabilities
- Deliver product demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and workshops to support the sales process
- Document Scope of Work (SOW) for standard and customized solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Technical teams for feasibility assessments and solution tailoring
- Sales Enablement
- Develop internal product manuals, FAQs, and training material
- Conduct enablement sessions for Sales, Channel, and Support teams on new products and use cases
- Support competitive analysis and market intelligence to strengthen presales positioning
- Maintain a library of customer success stories, case studies, and demo assets
- Delivery Coordination
- Support UAT and solution delivery by bridging technical documentation and field requirements
- Assist in onboarding of enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with scope and solution capabilities
- Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth post-sale transition
- Coordinate closely with Sales Channels to engage with customers at a technical level to deliver demos and technical presentations prior to scoping.
- Attend customer meetings/engagements to gather requirements for solution provisioning as lead matures.
- Translate customer problems into detailed technical architecture and interfaces into detailed scope documents and be available to address any queries.
- Manage stakeholders across functions (Sales, System & Process, Channel Planning, Product Development, Customer Support, Product Partners etc.) for the achievement of various strategic and operational KPIs.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders until the proposal is submitted.
- Gather and share customers' feedback with the product team to allow product improvements.
- Hold training and refresher sessions for internal teams.
- Practice Agile/Scrum way of work for daily tasks.
- Support in after sales scope changes.
- Involve in deployment, UAT and successful enablement of the customer after solution delivery.
Opportunities to grow vertically in ES/IOT or laterally in other domains
What we're looking for:
Education: Minimum bachelor's degree + specializations
Work experience: 0-2 years for Senior Executive or 2-5 years for Assistant Manager in pre-sales or similar technical consultancy role, product management technical solutions with strong technical and business acumen.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunication, IOT and enterprise solutions, SaaS & APIs.
- User journey understanding and solution scoping experience.
- Familiar with industry trends, use cases, and challenges.
- Strong documentation skills to create customer-centric proposals and scope documentation.
- Preferably experience with frequent customer contact and interaction with solutions & Service knowledge.
- Strong Interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Drive for self-learning and improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Design thinking
