  • Well versed in the Design Thinking process
  • Create user stories and other tools for requirement engineering
  • Analyze business problems and provide solutions
  • Developed process mapping of current and future business processes
  • Coordinate with QA, Dev, and PM teams
  • Interview business clients to analyze their requirements and recommend process improvements
  • Prepare marketing research, comparative analysis documents, and PPT presentations
  • Participate in User Interface (UI) analysis with the team to validate accuracy
  • Conduct internal demos from UAT with checklists
  • Documentation: Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups, Business Requirement Documents, Gap Analysis, Functional and System Requirement Specifications, Change Requests, and User Manuals
  • Manage change requests within scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans
  • Collaborate with application development teams on design, development, and bug management
  • Work with testing teams on test criteria and plans
  • Coordinate with project management on assigned projects
