Customer Support Representative/Linguist Recruiter

Translation Empire PK has been offering high-quality language services since 2008, with over 2700 qualified translators covering 300 languages. We help individuals overcome language barriers and improve communication in various settings, from translating documents to providing face-to-face interpretation. Our international office is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and we strive to be your trusted Translation Services Partner.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) and Linguist Recruiter (LR) located in Rawalpindi. The CSR will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, offering excellent customer service, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. LR will hire interpreters based in the UK for our company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, specifically in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure, tech-savvy, adaptable
  • Team player with independent working skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred

IPD & OPD (medical)

Shift Timings (Onsite, Mon-Sat):

  • Shift: 4 PM–12 AM / 5 PM–1 AM (aligned with UK time)
  • Shift: 6 PM-2 AM / 8 PM–4 AM / 4 AM–12 PM (males only)
  • Shift: 12 PM–8 PM / 1 PM–9 PM (females only)
