CABCALL is urgently hiring a Spanish speaking CSR.

Job Title: Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote or Pakistan-Based)

Company Overview:

We are a growing call center operation based in Pakistan, expanding our services to Spanish-speaking markets. We are looking for a reliable, fluent Spanish-speaking operator to support inbound and outbound customer service calls. This role may be remote or based in Pakistan for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups in Spanish


• Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service


• Accurately log call details and customer queries


• Escalate issues where necessary


• Work in shifts aligned with client country time zones (primarily Latin America or Spain)

Requirements


• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus


• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred


• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette


• Ability to work independently and follow scripts/processes


• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (for remote roles)

Location


• Preferred: Pakistan-based candidates with Spanish fluency


• Remote options open to strong candidates based outside Pakistan

Working Hours


• To be determined based on campaign needs


• Flexibility to work LATAM/Spain time zones is preferred

Compensation


• Competitive based on experience
