Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate the control room, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations.
- Receive and respond to emergency calls and alarms promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with security teams, technicians, and other staff members to resolve any issues.
- Maintain a detailed log of all activities, incidents, and reports for reference purposes.
- Conduct regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as emergency services, if needed.
- Provide guidance and support to Control Room Assistants and other team members.

Job Specification

- Proven experience as a Control Room Officer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
