  • Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors (primarily from China) to expand product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, and vendor dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to vendor and customer queries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide input to improve platform processes and features for better efficiency.
  • Take ownership of bothbusiness developmentandoperational tasksto ensure platform success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with international vendors (Chinese supplier experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platform tools, CRMs, or online marketplaces.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using e-commerce CMS or platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle parts industry.
  • Understanding of cross-border trade and B2B marketplace operations.
