Job Title: Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead multi-platform ad campaigns and drive business growth. This role involves managing full-funnel paid marketing initiatives across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
  • Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with design/content teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Allocate paid media budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates across all major ad networks.
  • Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
  • Recommend new campaign strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media buying and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with ad tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM integrations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
