Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our Meta Ads performance. As a key member of the Marketing Department, you will oversee the development and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.

  • Develop and optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.
  • Own the customer acquisition funnel from audience targeting to sales handoff.
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced tracking methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for lead generation and order conversion. They must be proficient in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom audiences, and attribution models.

  • Expertise in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification or similar credentials preferred.

This is a fully remote position requiring a dedicated home office in Lahore. The ideal candidate must maintain a quiet environment suitable for professional work and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
