Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing our sales team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets. This role demands a proactive leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to foster growth and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Manage a team of sales representatives; define expectations, provide leadership and support, and evaluate performance regularly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present the findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, ideally in real estate or related sectors.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
