Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing our sales team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets. This role demands a proactive leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to foster growth and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  3. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  5. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  6. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  7. Manage a team of sales representatives; define expectations, provide leadership and support, and evaluate performance regularly.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present the findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  3. Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, ideally in real estate or related sectors.
  4. Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  6. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  7. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  8. Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  10. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
