About The Job

TalentPop is partnering with a fast-growing E-Commerce brand to hire a Gorgias Technical Customer Service Representative. This senior-level remote role is ideal for candidates who excel in high-performance support environments and want to grow with a dynamic team.

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Working hours: 6AM - 3PM PST (Monday to Friday) with a 1-hour unpaid break
  • Paid training hours: 11PM - 7AM PST (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Collaborate with global teammates in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment
  • Immediate start preferred for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, troubleshooting)
  • Analyze customer data and suggest improvements
  • Manage tickets from start to finish with accountability and urgency
  • Monitor backlogs and resolve customer queries promptly
  • Communicate clearly to ensure customer success

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency with CRMs like Gorgias
  • Motivated, curious, resourceful
  • Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS support is a plus

Technical Requirements

  • Internet speed: minimum 20 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
  • Laptop/desktop with Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • At least 8GB RAM
  • Reliable power supply and quiet workspace
