We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Consultant with experience in system integrations and a technical background to support our integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Salesforce (SFDC), Adobe Sign, and other related systems, coupled with a proven track record in stakeholder management and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT assessments for learning technologies, ensuring compliance with Business Unit needs and IT validation protocols.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Salesforce (SFDC), Adobe Sign, and other systems.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes.
  • Perform ALM release testing, document results, and manage updates using Jira and Confluence.
  • Provide configuration guidance and feature implementation support for Business Units using ALM.
  • Share expertise in learning technologies to encourage reporting adoption across teams.
  • Implement an escalation support system for EDUCARE, ensuring effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Tech Lead Experience: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables.
  • Development/Technical Background: Experience in development, particularly with ALM and system integrations.
  • ALM Expertise: Previous hands-on experience with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), especially its integration with Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
  • Experience with Adobe Sign and EDUCARE systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
