Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following two positions in the Department of Environmental Sciences, under The ILSI RESEARCH FOUNDATION project No. BRPGP010-13, titled "Impact of rhizodeposition and incorporation of residues from Bt-cotton on soil ecosystem processes of carbon & nitrogen cycling" with the following terms and conditions.
Position Details
Post Name: Research Fellows (2)
Honorarium: Rs. 10,000/- per month per post (Consolidated)
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Phil Environmental or related sciences/engineering
Experience: Candidate having good working experience related to the biogeochemical analyses, greenhouse studies, plant physiological analyses and report writing will be preferred.
Duties and responsibilities: Working in both field and lab including growing plants, lab incubations, chemical analyses, preparing project report, writing new proposals and manuscript writing.
Project information: The project duration is 12 months. The above positions are purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a bond for entire duration of the project.
