We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team.

VIDIZMO is an Enterprise Video Content and Digital Media Management Platform & Portal that empowers customers to securely ingest, store, distribute, and analyze live and on-demand videos and other digital media assets like images, audios, documents, and presentations. VIDIZMO's highly flexible platform works seamlessly with various devices, tools, and platforms, offering innovative solutions for corporate communication, training, marketing, asset management, and digital evidence management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovation AI solutions and work with the RFP team to develop proposal and technical documents in the division of NLP, Computer Vision, ML, Generative AI, etc.
  • Develop tailored solutions such as Chat bots, conversational AI for clients, facial recognition, emerging AI technologies etc.
  • Analyze market trends, business challenges, and emerging AI applications across industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused AI solutions, including entity extraction, language modeling, and topic modeling.
  • Gain expertise in VIDIZMO's Enterprise Video, Redaction, & Digital Evidence Management Solutions and their applications in industries like healthcare, legal, education, and media.
  • Highlight competitive differentiators and value propositions at technical and business levels, including OCR, speech-to-text, and real-time translation solutions.
  • Produce high-quality responses to RFI/RFPs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and timelines.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations, showcasing AI-driven features like intelligent search, automated transcription, and video metadata generation.
  • Act as a technical liaison between marketing, business development, and engineering, aligning client needs with deliverables.
  • Work with marketing to refine messaging and positioning, emphasizing AI services like predictive analytics, chatbots, and recommendation engines.
  • Collaborate with engineering to implement AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. (MANDATORY)
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level AI solutions, including NLP services like language translation and sentiment analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including VIDIZMO offerings and cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging stakeholders on topics like AI ethics, scalability, and ROI.
  • Expertise in proposal writing and RFP responses, integrating advanced AI capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) and programming languages (Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with video streaming, networks, digital media, and AI-enhanced business applications.
  • Strong analytical skills for optimizing AI models based on performance and customer needs.
