Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager Brand will support the Corporate Brand team in ensuring key narratives are driven on schedule. The AM will assist in writing and creation of the Annual Report and other key narratives including posts, infographics, and on-ground activity plans. Exceptional writing skills in English, experience in project management, and the capability to manage billing and accruals for the team are required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support line manager to deliver and execute campaigns and collaterals for Marcom / Digital / Media team.
  • Ensure timely communication support for:
    • AR content editing
    • Designing and branding as per guidelines for Permanent Assets
    • Communicating brand guidelines weekly to all employees via Paish Qadam
    • Liaise with photographer/videographer for coverage of key events on urgent/non-urgent basis
  • Manage monthly invoices and accruals for all external agencies interacting with the corporate brand team.
  • Manage booking of external photographer/videographer as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agency for designing.
  • Process invoices for all sponsorships and collaborations approved by the Head of Brands.
Education & Relevant Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the communication industry and a Bachelor's degree from a renowned university.

Knowledge
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in content writing for digital posts, blogs, and articles
  • Familiarity with presentation software
