Deputy/Manager Administration & Facilities
. The role focuses on
general administration and facility management
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including site administration, accommodation, and canteen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall
general administration
and
facility management
functions. - Manage accommodation, canteen, transport, and other facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and health & safety standards.
- Maintain records, reports, and budgets related to administration and facilities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of administrative and support functions.
- Address and resolve administrative and facility-related issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in
administration and facility management
. - Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
