What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Help maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring a consistent and positive journey for all employees
  • Bring ideas for employee engagement initiatives that strengthen team culture and foster connection.
  • Adapt to evolving HR needs and take ownership of emerging projects or gaps in People Ops
  • Contribute to the planning and rollout of impactful employer branding efforts that reflect our culture and values
  • Be aware of employee concerns by actively connecting with the team and contribute to maintain a healthy work environment.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field; majors in Human Resources are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and open to working across different areas as priorities shift
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively
