Position Purpose:

Build strategies to offer right GBS models to new clients like captive, shared services, offshoring and center of excellence. Oversee delivery of all services under BCS umbrella with the aim of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Job Description

  • Set strategic direction of the company by developing Vision, Mission, Values, as well as short, medium, and long term goals of the company.
  • Prepare organizational structure of BCS aligned with corporate strategic direction of the company.
  • Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy to attract new clientele with an aim of progressive growth of the company.
  • Lead the commercial analysis to ensure steady revenue generation opportunities.
  • Lead development of internal processes, service delivery mechanisms, and client satisfaction tools.
  • Develop a people management strategy in consultation with HR department to ensure a vibrant workforce is aligned with business goals.
  • Engage with clients to under their unique needs, and build respective teams to deliver upon the required level of service.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements are continuously reviewed with an objective of providing efficient services to clients.

Experience and Qualification

  • Qualified Accountant or a MBA degree holder.
  • 15 plus years of leadership experience with a recent stint in leading a shared services organization.
