Business Support Manager | B2B | Organization Excellence | Sales Management | Continuous Improvement

Job Purpose:

Sales Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring assigned targets & maximizing lubricants growth in the market. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering + MBA from a reputable university.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial lubricants or related industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of managing B2B sales
  • Selling & Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Time Management Capability
  • Lubricant experience is preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Growth in market share and customer acquisition.
  • Team performance and engagement levels.
