Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to acquire both international and local projects. The ideal candidate will have experience across all stages of the sales cycle and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Attract new clients by managing the sales process across various platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn, Guru, K-Work, People Per Hour, Email Marketing);
  • Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets;
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients;
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions;
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients;
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients;
  • Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to meet targets;
  • Analyze market trends to establish competitive advantages.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience in sales;
  • Good knowledge of the IT industry, including market trends, programming languages, tech stacks, and software products;
  • Experience in requirement analysis, work estimations, and managing timelines;
  • Proven success in full sales cycle including deal closing;
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
  • CRM experience is preferred.
