This role places you at the intersection of advanced AI capabilities and enterprise sales leadership. You'll be responsible for transforming theoretical AI potential into tangible sales results. The position demands someone who excels under pressure, embraces complex challenges, and is prepared to establish new performance benchmarks in AI-augmented sales.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deploy and optimize generative AI systems that provide tactical advantages in real-time sales scenarios, from prospect qualification to negotiation support
  • Direct the implementation of AI-powered analytics to forecast market movements and sales performance with precision that traditional methods cannot match
  • Lead the strategic integration of AI tools across the sales organization, ensuring adoption and measurable performance improvements

What You Won't Be Doing
  • Managing traditional sales teams focused solely on call volume and activity metrics without leveraging AI insights
  • Creating basic CRM reports or maintaining legacy sales forecasting systems that lack predictive capabilities
  • Performing routine sales administration tasks that can be automated through our AI systems
  • Implementing superficial AI integrations that serve as marketing talking points rather than driving genuine performance improvements

Head Of Sales Key Responsibilities

Transform IgniteTech's market position and revenue trajectory through the strategic deployment of AI-powered sales systems that deliver measurable competitive advantages.

Basic Requirements
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with generative AI tools, including development of automated workflows and custom GPTs (merely using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation is insufficient)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B software sales with quantifiable results

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
