Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore, Pakistan

Salary: UPTO 100,000 PKR

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through our recruitment process. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to fill various technical positions in our software development and cybersecurity teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

·Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.

·Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

·Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.

·Manage the interview process, including scheduling and candidate communication.

·Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

·1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within software development, network security, or cybersecurity.

·Previous experience in international recruitment is preferred.

·Strong communication and organizational skills.

·Experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
