Role Overview

We're looking for a PR Manager who is passionate about crafting stories that resonate, influence, and inspire. In this role, you will own and elevate the public perception of Mohsyn — building strategic relationships, shaping our voice in the media, and amplifying the stories of those we serve.

This is more than a communications role — it's a chance to humanize a powerful mission and help people connect with a cause that truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and media strategy aligned with Mohsyn's mission and growth goals
  2. Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers across regions
  3. Craft compelling press releases, op-eds, feature stories, and media kits
  4. Secure earned media coverage in top-tier publications, podcasts, and digital platforms
  5. Monitor media trends and manage crisis communications with empathy and integrity
  6. Act as a brand storyteller, helping internal teams express the Mohsyn narrative consistently across channels
  7. Coordinate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align messaging
  8. Measure and report on PR performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations

What We're Looking For

  1. Exceptional soft skills — empathy, active listening, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
  2. 4–7 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations
  3. Proven track record of media coverage and strategic storytelling
  4. Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills — you know how to tell human-first stories
  5. Ability to build trusted relationships with media professionals
  6. Experience in social impact, tech-for-good, or cross-border services a big plus
  7. Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments — you thrive on both strategy and execution
  8. Empathetic, thoughtful, and passionate about social causes and community impact
