The Marketing & Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives that promote the company's real estate projects, corporate image, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, digital and traditional marketing, media relations, and brand positioning. The incumbent will manage internal and external communications, advertising campaigns, events, and investor engagement strategies to enhance visibility, drive leads, and support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Plan and manage annual marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and project-wise marketing allocations.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and positioning tactics.

2. Brand Management & PR

• Oversee the development and enforcement of the company's brand guidelines across all channels and projects.
• Manage PR activities to build and sustain a positive image of the company and its leadership.
• Build relationships with local and international media, journalists, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits, investor stories, and corporate announcements.

3. Advertising & Campaign Execution

• Conceptualize, execute, and track advertising campaigns (print, outdoor, digital, TV/radio, and social media).
• Coordinate with creative and media buying agencies for campaign production, placement, and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely launch of pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns for real estate projects.
• Oversee the company's digital presence including websites, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Supervise the performance of lead generation funnels, online ad spend, and conversion metrics.

5. Event Management & Activations

• Plan and execute high-impact events such as property expos, investor meetups, groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings, and community engagement programs.
• Supervise on-site branding, promotional materials, and guest experience for all company-led events.

6. Internal & Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with the Sales and Project Development teams to ensure consistent messaging and marketing support.
• Develop internal communication material such as newsletters, investor updates, and performance reports.
• Prepare investor decks, company profiles, and project presentations for roadshows and business development.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team comprising content writers, designers, digital marketers, and PR officers.
• Manage third-party agencies, freelancers, production houses, and media partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Real Estate Marketing will be a plus.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the real estate sectors.
• Proven portfolio of successful campaigns and PR engagements.

Skills:

• Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong command of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems.
• High creativity with the ability to translate complex real estate offerings into compelling messaging.
