Job Details
Shift Timings:
  1. Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  2. Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Salary Structure:
  1. Base Salary: 80%
  2. KPI-based Performance Bonus: 20%

Available Positions
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Salary Range:
  1. Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 35,000
  2. Experienced: PKR 40,000 – 45,000

Requirements:
  1. Education: Intermediate (Inter) or Diploma in a related field
  2. Skills: Strong verbal & written communication, professional attitude, and ability to handle customer queries effectively
  3. Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus

Team Leader
Salary Range:
  1. Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
  2. Experienced: PKR 50,000 – 80,000

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  2. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, digital marketing knowledge, and team management abilities
  3. Experience: Freshers with digital marketing certifications are encouraged to apply

Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Salary Range:
  1. Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
  2. Experienced: PKR 50,000 – 80,000

Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  2. Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, quality monitoring, and feedback coaching
  3. Experience: Familiarity with call center quality monitoring tools is preferred

Support Staff Positions
Office Boy
Salary: PKR 25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain office cleanliness
  2. Serve refreshments
  3. Handle documents and office supplies
  4. Assist staff with basic tasks

IT Support
Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
  2. Maintain computer systems & network connectivity
  3. Ensure data security and system backups
  4. Provide IT support and manage helpdesk queries

Admin/HR Assistant
Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain employee records & attendance
  2. Handle administrative tasks & office supplies
  3. Schedule meetings and coordinate HR activities
  4. Process payroll & staff benefits
