
Office Staff Required Only For Jhelum Residents

An American-based Luxury Limousine Service company is looking for office staff (Only the residents of Jhelum) to be responsible for the following:
- Coordination between the HQ, regional office(s), on board drivers and staff.
- Assisting the Operations Head with coordination of tasks.
- Maintaining database on a daily basis including finances, reservation records, contact list of all on board drivers and their emergency contacts on OneDrive.
- All the assigned jobs should be tagged with the driver details properly in software.
- Continuous follow-up with drivers about the pick-up status, ideally following up three hours prior to the pick up.
- Monitoring the status update by the drivers before, during, and after the ride.
- Flight tracking, in case of early or delays, in-time coordination with drivers at least an hour prior to the actual pick/drop time.
- Keep looking for well-priced jobs on all partner's dashboard (portal).
- Internal and external communication with team and partners.
- Timely email correspondence (delay may result in non-compliance with communication protocols).
- Play a role in developing and expanding business.
- Any other task assigned by the Heads (this may be assigned based on priority/need basis).
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Good understanding of MS Office.
- Internal and external communications (written and verbal).
- Flexibility of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Moderate knowledge of research and database management.
