Job Opportunity: Office Staff

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office professional to join our team in Jhelum, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks between the HQ, regional offices, on-board drivers, and staff members.

  • Coordinate with headquarters and regional offices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in task coordination and management.
  • Maintain databases on finances, reservation records, and contact lists using cloud storage services.
  • Assign jobs to drivers with relevant details in software applications.
  • Follow up with drivers about pick-up status and monitor updates in real-time.
  • Track flights and coordinate with drivers prior to pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Monitor software for well-priced job opportunities and identify potential leads.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexibility under pressure, and moderate knowledge of research and database management principles.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage daily tasks and prioritize activities based on urgency.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports for financial and operational purposes.
  3. Develop and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity.
