Your Impactful Goals will include:

The primary goal of the role is to ensure optimal RAN network performance, efficient resource utilization, and cost-effective expansion while aligning with business strategy and regulatory obligations.

Your typical day at work:
  • Develop and manage the product portfolio for RAN active equipment in line with group strategy.
  • Design RAN solutions and finalize BOQs for both active and passive equipment.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and verifications during the RFQ process.
  • Perform spectrum acquisition analysis, including RAN solutions, hardware requirements, and CAPEX estimations.
  • Work on network expansion strategies, including 4T4R, sectorization, site sharing, and spectrum re-farming.
  • Develop models for CAPEX/OPEX calculation for various deployment scenarios, including coverage/capacity expansion, USF projects, and Built/Sharing sites.
  • Ensure optimal hardware utilization and network efficiency in planning and deployment.
  • Prepare investment cases for RAN-related equipment and secure necessary approvals.
  • Conduct post-investment analysis to assess project outcomes.
  • Oversee RF financials, forecasting, and reporting for warehouse and turnkey projects.
  • Manage quarterly forecasting exercises, covering turnkey projects, warehouse stock, and import duty impacts.
  • Ensure effective warehouse inventory management and utilization planning.
  • Align supply chain coordination with forecasted requirements for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with internal sourcing, TPC, and vendors for new items and strategy approvals.
  • Develop business cases, documentation for approvals, and conduct analytical deep dives.
  • Address any ad hoc requirements related to network planning, investments, or inventory.
What we are looking for?

Education: BE/BS Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/Telecom

Work experience: Min 3-5 years of work experience in Telecom Industry.

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
  • RAN Planning & Optimization: Deep understanding of RF planning, coverage/capacity solutions.
  • BOQ Preparation: Ability to define technical specifications for RAN active and passive equipment.
  • Network Technologies: Expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, along with sectorization and carrier aggregation techniques.
  • CAPEX/OPEX Modeling: Ability to develop cost models for network expansion, USF projects, sharing sites, and technology evolution.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in handling vendor engagements and RFQ processes, managing equipment deliveries, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely project execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ability to prepare reports, technical justifications, and business cases for approvals.
