Group HR and Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Monthly leads in report and share with the management.
  • Finding and developing new markets through identification and effective representation of company to potential clients.
  • Follow-up the potential clients on daily basis.
  • Identify and develop database for upcoming projects in relevant fields.
  • Coordinate meetings with the potential clients.
  • Monitor online trends and engage with the online community.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
  • Represent the organization in public events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports to management on business development outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth opportunities and assess market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Identify and target new clients, cultivate leads, and secure new business contracts. This includes cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions to address them.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to the client's needs, ensuring they align with the company's capabilities.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets and work to achieve them by upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets or expanding the company's presence in existing markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and progress toward revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
