Job Details
JOB PURPOSE:Lead and manage the sales function in the four-wheeler segment, with a focus on retail, corporate and fleet sales, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, dealership development, and market expansion.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, including retail, corporate and fleet sales programs, to drive vehicle sales, expand market share, achieve revenue and volume targets across assigned regions.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and key business metrics to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market positioning, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

• Ensure sales operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO quality standards, maintaining operational excellence.

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for dealership expansion, market penetration, and growth in corporate and fleet sales, while exploring new revenue streams.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of new dealership projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints, brand standards, and project timelines.

• Partner with key account managers to monitor dealership performance, track sales KPIs including corporate & fleet sales metrics and drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences or related field from HEC recognized institution.
  • 5~10 years of work experience on a managerial role, preferably from automotive sector.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project management experience (especially for dealership rollouts).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basicERPknowledge
