Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience, a strong sales record, and the ability to inspire and mentor sales executives to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and company sales targets.
  • Oversee lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain relationships with high-value clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lahore's real estate market.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
