Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager based in our Karachi office. The right candidate will drive our marketing to the next level with a clear strategy and committed execution. This is a hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix, and you will be given autonomy to create and implement innovative campaigns for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build marketing strategies from scratch, write content for blogs and ads, identify new initiatives, and have complete end-to-end marketing ownership.
  2. Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing processes across channels (content, PR, social, events, performance, etc.).
  3. Lead go-to-market marketing strategies to attract new prospects, drive traffic, and increase leads.
  4. Create compelling content copies for campaigns and organic channels.
  5. Execute lead generation campaigns, leveraging ABM tactics and other enterprise-focused marketing activities.
  6. Support demand generation strategies using marketing tools aligned with sales strategies.
  7. Manage digital marketing initiatives across paid, SEO, SEM, social media, website, emails, events, and referrals.
  8. Own and analyze marketing KPIs and OKRs, manage web assets, A/B testing, paid campaigns, and marketing tools.
  9. Collaborate with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  10. Use data and insights to iterate growth strategies and ensure ROI.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends to define and follow best practices.
  12. Conduct market and customer research to inform strategies.
  13. Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and growth innovation.
  14. Manage marketing budget.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Proficient with analytics tools.
  4. Ownership mindset, capable of leading through ambiguity and detail-oriented problem solving.
  5. Data-literate, able to analyze metrics and tell stories with data.
  6. Experience in B2B/B2B2C/SMB in a global environment.
  7. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  8. Experience building growth marketing tech stacks.
  9. Experience in performance marketing, especially SEO and paid campaigns.
  10. Experience in demand generation campaigns.
  11. Experience building successful brand identities.
  12. Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
  13. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot.
  14. Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or online auctions is a plus.
